**Terms of Service Agreement**

Thank you for choosing NCAuctions. By participating in our text messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


**1. Message Frequency**


Messages will be sent to your mobile number as follows:


- Bidding Reminders: You will receive bidding reminders the week an auction is ending, typically on the last day of the auction.
- New Auctions: Text messages will be sent as bidding begins on new auctions.


**2. Possible Fees**


Please note that standard message rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and service provider. NCAuctions is not responsible for any message charges incurred as a result of using our text messaging service.


**3. How to Opt-In**


To opt-in to our text messaging program and start receiving messages, simply text "NCAUCTIONS" to 77222.


**4. How to Opt-Out**


If you no longer wish to receive text messages from NCAuctions, you have the following options:


- Reply "STOP" to any text message from our service. This will immediately stop any further messages from being sent to your mobile number.
- Email our support team at casey@ncauctions.com with your request to opt-out. Please include your mobile number in the email.


By participating in our text messaging service, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, and you consent to receive messages as described in this agreement. You also understand that you can opt-out at any time using the provided methods.


NCAuctions reserves the right to modify or terminate this text messaging service at any time. We may also update these terms, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website.
